There’s something almost poetic about a band finishing the biggest headlining run of their career, only to throw themselves right back into the chaos of the road again.
For Beauty School Dropout, that chaos seems to be exactly where they belong.
Fresh off the heels of their Where Did All The Butterflies Go? headlining tour, the California natives are already packing the buses back up, this time joining Machine Gun Kelly on the upcoming leg of the Lost Americana tour. Ten dates. Ten cities. From Wheatland, California all the way to Charleston, South Carolina, another chapter begins almost immediately after the last one ended.
And maybe that’s what makes Beauty School Dropout so fascinating right now.
A lot of bands talk about momentum. Very few actually live inside it the way BSD does.
Over the past year, the band has evolved from internet-favorite alt-rock disruptors into something much larger, a band that feels increasingly impossible to ignore. The Where Did All The Butterflies Go? tour didn’t just feel like a victory lap for the release, it felt like proof that the connection they’ve built with fans is becoming something real, loud, and lasting.
Night after night, the rooms got sweatier, the crowds got bigger, and the songs somehow felt even more personal screaming back from the barricade.
Now, instead of slowing down, they’re stepping into amphitheaters.
There’s a certain full-circle quality to it too. Beauty School Dropout and MGK have shared creative DNA for years now, existing in that same blurry space between rockstar spectacle and emotional collapse, where hooks meet heartbreak and everything feels just a little dangerous. Watching BSD return to the road alongside him feels less like an opening slot and more like another step in the story they’ve been building all along.
Because this band has never really felt built for stillness.
Even after a headlining run that could’ve served as a resting point, they’re choosing movement instead. New cities. New crowds. Another late-night stretch of highways and backstage hallways.
Somewhere between the exhaustion and adrenaline, Beauty School Dropout keeps growing into the band they always hinted they could become.
And honestly? It feels like they’re only getting started.

Runaway Reverie
